TPL are partnering with a niche property consultancy that specialises in out-of-town retail, assisting in their search for a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join their London office.

In this role, you will work closely with occupiers and landlords, providing expert advice on leasing, letting, and asset management for out-of-town retail portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and negotiating retail sites for occupiers nationwide.
• Delivering strategic value-add advice to landlords on their out-of-town retail assets.
• Representing developers, investors, and retail & leisure operators on a range of property matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably MRICS qualified (though not essential).
• Experience in out-of-town retail – an existing contact book is a plus.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of current landlord and tenant legislation.
