Our client, an independent eyewear brand based just a little outside of Barcelona, is growing their B2B Customer Service department and is looking for people with a passion for people.

You will be working for a creative and sustainable brand with a passion for fashion. They are looking for a motivated, dynamic person that takes joy in supporting customers and always does it with a smile, to join their team. As a customer service specialist, you will be delivering high-quality B2B services and have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in the industry and within the company.

Key Languages:

Native Level of French and English 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a best in class customer experience
  • Attend all incoming calls from both customers and the sales network
  • Manage orders and delivery schedules
  • Help the customers with incidents and complaints by giving creative solutions
  • Meet delivery deadlines and solve transport incidents 
  • Help different departments to maintain the best communication within representatives and customers

Core Skills/experience:

  • Native Level of French and English 
  • You are a dynamic, proactive, and hands-on person
  • Great communication skills with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Problem solver and team player attitude
  • High level of empathy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
