Are you an Architect looking to join a close-knit and collaborative practice? My client is seeking a talented Architect to join their friendly team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of Residential projects within a supportive environment, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Deliver Residential projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Produce high-quality design proposals, planning drawings and technical information.
• Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations packages and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Develop practical design solutions that meet client and project requirements.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.
• Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

Requirements for this Architect role:

• ARB registered Architect with relevant UK practice experience.
• Experience delivering UK Residential projects is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
