This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-driven, enjoy working with people, and want to grow within a performance-based environment. Whether you have sales experience or you’re ready to step into the industry and learn, we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers

• Present and promote products/services in a professional and confident manner

• Generate and follow up on B2B leads

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve agreed sales targets within set timeframes

• Work closely with team members to maximize results

• Track sales activity and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements

• Matric / NQF 4 Certificate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate
