The Role: Sales Executive – MSP Background

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by both expanding existing client accounts and securing new business opportunities.

You’ll adopt a consultative sales approach, working closely with mid-market and enterprise clients to understand their technical challenges and deliver tailored communication and collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Executive – MSP Background

  • Drive revenue growth through account development and new business acquisition
  • Sell UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise organisations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners across the UK
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account growth
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets

About You: Sales Executive – MSP Background

This role is ideal for someone with experience in, or working alongside, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

You will likely have:

  • Experience selling managed IT services, UCaaS, connectivity, or cloud-based solutions
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A consultative sales style with strong relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage your own pipeline and work independently
  • Ideally based within commuting distance of London, with flexibility for occasional meetings

Package: Sales Executive – MSP Background

  • Basic salary up to £35,000
  • Uncapped OTE of £70,000+
  • Hybrid working (primarily remote with occasional London travel)
