Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Rep to join their team in Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about driving business growth and has a proven track record in territory sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, focusing on both distributors and end clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, end customers, and internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in territory sales management, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
