The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building rapport with key decision-makers, and fuelling the wider sales team with high-quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up discovery meetings for senior sales staff
  • Keep accurate records and activity updates in the CRM system
  • Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and services to confidently engage with prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and a smooth customer journey

About You

  • Experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or telesales environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, driven, and confident in handling objections
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while being a team player
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • Familiar with CRM systems and sales tools
