As a confident IT Support Analyst you will have the skills and know-how to offer support services to clients across Windows and Apple products. Your opportunity is to join a growing team in a dynamic and positive IT business with aspirations to continue to grow as a business.

The Company

As an Official Apple reseller – our client does much of their business within Education, in fact, they are within the top 3 in the world on the Education seller list. As Apple doesn’t sell into Education, this is a very lucrative business which you could become a real part of. This company is very well established for over 40 years and its staff have been there almost as long – showing how financially stable the business is. With a small core team, there is now room for an IT Support Analyst that can support their clients, predominantly in a Windows environment.

Your skills and experience

• Modern network and infrastructure design
• Experience deploying and managing Windows devices
• Configuring and managing Windows VM servers
• An active and agile learner with career ambition

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience proposing, building, and managing Linux based advanced storage and backup solutions
• Integrating client and on-premises services with cloud service. i.e. Office 365, Google Workspace and Acronis

How you will deliver

• Remotely support Apple and Windows clients
• Support sales team in pre-sales process
• Onsite support visits
• Remote installs
• Onsite installs
• Ensure support tickets stay up to date
• Work with manufacturers and 3rd party suppliers
