The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth. You’ll identify potential clients, understand their pain points, and present tailored technology solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Discover and qualify new business leads
  • Arrange and schedule meetings for senior sales consultants
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM system
  • Develop a strong understanding of our services to confidently lead value-based conversations
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact through to deal closure.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
  • Able to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
