Offering a comprehensive range of IT solutions — including cybersecurity, cloud services, infrastructure, business continuity, and technical support — the company is recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused technology advice. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their expanding commercial team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll engage with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and position tailored IT solutions that deliver real value.

You’ll have the freedom to manage and grow your own pipeline, backed by a supportive leadership team and clear progression opportunities as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generating new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Building, managing, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to identify challenges and growth opportunities

  • Delivering consultative sales conversations and presenting tailored IT solutions

  • Accurately recording activity and progress within the CRM system

  • Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful deal completion

  • Contributing to wider sales initiatives and business growth strategies

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation

  • A proactive, target-driven approach with strong resilience and motivation

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools

  • Ambitious, with a desire to develop and progress in a high-growth environment
