Aztrum is currently working with an innovative architectural practice that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design and consultancy services within the Residential and Commercial sectors.

They’re looking to bring on board an experienced Architectural Technologist who has a sharp technical eye and a genuine interest in producing practical, sustainable design solutions. This is a key role within the team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery across a range of exciting projects.

The role of an Senior Architectural Technologist: 

• Working closely with architects, consultants, and project teams to develop coordinated design solutions
• Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
• Advising on materials, building methods, and technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Carrying out site visits and liaising with contractors to ensure work is carried out to plan and in line with regulations

Key Requirements of an Senior Architectural Technologist: 

• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are a must; BIM experience is a big plus
• Solid understanding of UK building regs and current construction practices
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to explain technical ideas clearly to both clients and colleagues
