Job Running Architect

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural practice based in Leicester, who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architect to join their Industrial & Logistics team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect to take ownership of projects, leading schemes from design development through to delivery, while working within a collaborative studio that supports flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:

• Lead the design and technical delivery of Industrial & Logistics projects
• Develop and coordinate design proposals from concept through to construction
• Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Take responsibility for day-to-day project running, managing programmes and deliverables
• Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams
• Support planning submissions, building regulations, and construction information
• Attend site meetings and resolve design and technical issues throughout delivery

Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:

• ARB registered Architect with experience in a UK architectural practice
• Proven experience running projects through multiple RIBA stages
• Experience working on Industrial, Logistics, or large-scale commercial schemes
• Strong design, technical detailing, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and project management ability
