The Role- New Business Account Manager – IT Sector

We are looking for a commercially focused New Business Account Manager to drive revenue growth and develop new client relationships.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where you will engage with senior decision-makers, identify business challenges, and recommend tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities- New Business Account Manager – IT Sector

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and networking
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support wider business development initiatives
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasting
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
