Aztrum are excited to announce that we will be partnering with a well-established Architectural practice based in Reigate. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant. 

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Assist in the design and execution of Residential focussed projects. 
• Assist in assembling detailed and well-structured planning application submissions
• Prepare high-quality drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design concepts
• Collaborate with architects and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery
• Create innovative, context-sensitive design proposals that align with client goals
• Working directly with the practice’s Technical Director

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit desired 
• Strong presentation, communication and teamwork skills
• RIBA stage 2-3 experience
