Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the team
All administrative tasks for the organisation
Main Responsibilities
To prepare the establishment in readiness for professional development sessions
To meet and greet delegates for all meetings and CPD
Coordinate IT systems
Monitoring attendance of all delegates
Coordinate and collate relevant pre training information including course descriptions and advertising including all special requirements
Obtaining quotes and prices from suppliers
Managing professional development website to ensure it is kept up to date
To provide administrative support to the standards division with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
To ensure purchase order requisition forms for central service purchases are completed accurately, appropriately authorised and forwarded to the Trust exchequers service team in line with the Trust monthly management timeline
Liaise with the Trust exchequer service team in respect of any queries in relation for the payments and services
