Job Purpose

  • To provide administrative support to the team
  • All administrative tasks for the organisation

Main Responsibilities

  • To prepare the establishment in readiness for professional development sessions
  • To meet and greet delegates for all meetings and CPD
  • Coordinate IT systems
  • Monitoring attendance of all delegates
  • Coordinate and collate relevant pre training information including course descriptions and advertising including all special requirements
  • Obtaining quotes and prices from suppliers
  • Managing professional development website to ensure it is kept up to date
  • To provide administrative support to the standards division with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
  • To ensure purchase order requisition forms for central service purchases are completed accurately, appropriately authorised and forwarded to the Trust exchequers service team in line with the Trust monthly management timeline
  • Liaise with the Trust exchequer service team in respect of any queries in relation for the payments and services
