£65,000 – £75,000 Basic + £40,000 OTE (Year 1)

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales leader with strong MSP experience, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and a proven ability to drive both new business acquisition and account growth within a consultative sales environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within IT / MSP sales
  • Strong background in cyber security, cloud, infrastructure, or data protection sales
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and delivering measurable sales success
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling approach
  • Willingness to travel nationally when required
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Drive growth across both new and existing client accounts
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expand strategic customer relationships
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the Account Management team
  • Strengthen vendor and distributor partnerships
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
  • Support go-to-market strategy and demand generation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
