Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Part 2 to gain exposure across all RIBA stages, supporting the delivery of projects within a collaborative studio that offers flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Support the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
• Assist in the development of design proposals from concept through to construction
• Produce drawing packages using Revit under the guidance of senior staff
• Prepare planning, building regulations, and presentation information
• Coordinate with consultants and contribute to project team discussions
• Attend site meetings and assist with resolving design and technical issues

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• RIBA Part 2 qualified
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice (placement or post-Part 2)
• Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong design and technical awareness
• Good communication and organisational skills
