The Role: Sales Support Executive

As the Sales Support Executive, you’ll act as the backbone of the sales operation—ensuring processes run smoothly from proposal to delivery. Working closely with Account Managers, technical specialists, and key partners, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support to enable successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to Account Managers and the wider sales team.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with precise and current client data.
  • Assist with client meetings, presentations, and the preparation of sales reports.

About You

You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You take pride in being the dependable go-to person who ensures every detail is handled and every deadline met.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations—preferably within Telecoms, IT, or Unified Communications.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work independently or collaboratively.
