About the role

As a B2C Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with customers. You will provide a helpful and friendly approach throughout their journey until they are ready to proceed with a purchase. Unlike traditional sales positions, our client does not believe in cold calling or pressuring potential customers into buying. Instead, a consultative approach is taken, providing value and education to customers to help them make informed decisions that align with their needs.

What you will be responsible for

As a Sales Executive for our client, your role will involve promoting and selling sustainable products to homeowners interested in enhancing the eco-friendliness of their homes. You will build relationships with potential customers, guide them through the decision-making process, and convert them into paying customers. Your goal will be to increase the number of homes equipped with suitable green energy solutions, thus reducing our customers' carbon footprint.

Specifically, you will:

  • Follow up with leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support users through their decision-making process, assisting them in determining the right green solution for their home.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospective customer.
  • Effectively manage your customer pipeline at all stages using Hubspot.
  • Attend trade shows, seizing the opportunity to generate leads independently and convert customers to suitable green solutions in person.
  • Think creatively and consistently seek improvements in our processes.


To excel in this role, you should:

  • Possess a minimum of 1+ year of sales experience (sector experience is not essential but a plus).
  • Have a genuine interest in building relationships and ensuring customers have the best experience with the right solutions.
  • Be highly motivated, execution-focused, and possess a strong sense of urgency while believing in our mission.
  • Be a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving.
  • Enjoy understanding how things work.
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
