About the Role

We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join a rapidly growing commercial installation team in Indianapolis. You’ll work on commercial projects moving, assembling, and installing office furniture, workstations, shelving, tables, and other equipment at customer locations.

Previous commercial furniture installation experience is not required. If you have experience in construction, moving, automotive work, warehouse operations, assembly, or another hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Move, load, unload, and position commercial furniture and equipment
• Assemble and install desks, workstations, shelving, tables, and furniture
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Assist experienced installation crews on commercial projects
• Protect customer property and equipment from damage
• Help keep projects organized, safe, and on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture and equipment
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibility
• Professional and comfortable working at customer locations
• Able to successfully complete a required background check
• Valid driver's license is a plus
