We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst of FP&A for a large real estate company. Our client is one of the fastest-growing global Real Estate companies
This role is a high-capacity tech-savvy role. The incumbent will be working with sophisticated transactions and analyses within the FP&A team
Incumbent duties:
- Become a trusted business partner to corporate and operational departments
- The incumbent would be considered an Excel guru and experienced in implementation expert.
- Responsible for and a key team member of CPM implementation, Data Analytics, Automation, drive and evolving the analytics journey.
- Key participant in the annual budget process and monthly/quarterly forecasts. Analysis of performance versus plan, understanding drivers of differences vs. prior budgets/forecasts, understanding performance against current strategy
- Provide analysis of performance versus investment plans,
- Perform analysis and provide an understanding of drivers
- Provide insight on corporate performance against current strategy, and suggest next steps
- Financial modeling creation and manage complex financial models
- Support forecasts and facilitates deci
- sion making through managing financial modeling
- Create Business cases for investment and corporate projects.
- Presentations of internal and external audiences. communicate financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to all stakeholders
- Participate in process enhancements and efficiencies as well as support best-in-class system implementation.
- Performing and collaborating with team members providing a level of excellence
- Work effectively alongside others to foster a collaborative approach to bring all thoughts and ideas together to achieve a result that leads to success for all.

Professional experiences & qualifications
- 3+ years FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Real Estate.
- Fluency in Senior management and C-suite level deliverables are considered huge assets.
- Ability to present recommendations at the executive-ready level.
- Designated or pursuing designation
- Certification in modeling and or in-depth expertise of excel
- Strong financial modeling experience in Excel or PowerBI, familiar with “what if” scenario mapping and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
