We’re searching for a highly organised Sales Support Executive to join the expanding UK team of this fast-moving, technology-driven organisation.
In this pivotal role, you’ll support Account Managers, technical teams, and partners—ensuring the entire sales cycle, from proposal to delivery, operates flawlessly. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and process customer orders
Coordinate communication across internal teams, partners, and clients
Maintain up-to-date CRM records with precision
Support client meetings, presentations, and prepare sales reports and documentation
You’re dependable, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being the point of coordination that keeps processes running smoothly.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations (Telecoms, IT, or UC preferred)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach and comfort working independently or collaboratively
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
