Customer Experience & Sales Advisor

Immediate Start
Our client is recruiting a proactive and commercially minded Customer Experience & Sales Advisor to join their team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This is a customer‑facing role with a strong sales focus, supporting enquiries and bookings across training and medical services.
The role plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience while converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and building long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Handling inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently via phone and email
- Treating every enquiry as a sales opportunity, aiming to secure bookings at first point of contact
- Actively upselling relevant courses and services and applying incentives where appropriate
- Following up on non‑converted enquiries to maximise booking rates
- Proactively managing course fill rates, encouraging take‑up from self‑funded clients
- Contacting customers ahead of training expiry dates to secure refresher bookings and repeat business
- Identifying and escalating potential new business opportunities where appropriate
Advisory & Relationship Management
- Providing accurate advice on course content, medical services, pricing, prerequisites, and availability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Attending meetings when required and supporting the wider customer experience function
Operations & Administration
- Accurately processing training, medical, and accommodation bookings
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, sales orders, and customer interactions
- Liaising with internal teams to confirm availability, pricing, and new course requests
- Keeping knowledge up to date across all services offered
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service background with a sales‑focused mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Professional, collaborative, and commercially aware
