Job Running Senior Architectural Technician

We are working with an established architectural practice who are looking to appoint a Senior Job Running Architectural Technician to join their Manchester team.

The practice works across a diverse portfolio of projects, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects and work closely with architects, consultants, contractors and clients through to delivery.

Requirements for this Job Running Senior Architectural Technician role: 

• Job running projects from technical design through to completion.
• Producing detailed technical and construction information.
• Coordinating drawings and technical information across the wider design team.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Attending design team and site meetings.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical standard and in line with programme.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the technical team.
• Resolving technical and construction-related issues throughout project delivery.

About You:

• Experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
• Strong UK architectural experience with proven job-running ability.
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4–6.
• Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Confident working independently and managing project information.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
