We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established independent optical practice based in Altrincham.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering a personal, high-quality customer experience and has a passion for eyewear, style and helping clients find the right solutions for their needs.

The role will involve:

• Welcoming clients and providing a first-class customer experience

• Managing appointments and supporting the wider optical team

• Assisting with pre-screening and general administrative tasks

• Advising clients on frame styles, lenses and coatings

• Helping with spectacle fitting and adjustments

• Supporting contact lens care and general eye care guidance

• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring the practice environment remains organised

We’re open to speaking with:

• Experienced Optical Assistants

• Dispensing Opticians

• Candidates with strong retail/customer service experience looking to move into optics

• Someone with an interest in content creation and social media who can support the practice’s online presence
