Our client is a Barcelona-based international provider of economic intelligence and macroeconomic forecasting solutions. The company works with a global portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations, helping them make better-informed strategic decisions through high-quality economic insights.

Within a small and highly collaborative team, they are looking for a Finance & Operations Specialist to take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations, and act as the central point for invoicing, payment follow-up, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with external accounting and tax advisors.

This is a hands-on, operationally role that combines finance execution and process control. Beyond daily finance administration, you will contribute to improving workflows, strengthening financial visibility, and supporting the implementation of Holded as the company’s finance operations platform.

You will work directly with the CEO, alongside an external CFO and accounting provider, ensuring financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and on time.
