The Role: Channel Partner Manager
As a Channel Partner Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the growth strategy—developing, enabling, and expanding a network of partners across the UK.
You’ll work closely with MSPs, resellers, and strategic partners to unlock new revenue streams, support joint opportunities, and maximise partner performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing channel partner network
- Enable partners to successfully sell UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach
- Support partners through the full sales cycle, from opportunity creation to close
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies and account development plans
- Maintain strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to your partners
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through partner channels
About You
You’re commercially minded, relationship-focused, and thrive in a partner-led environment.
- Experience working with or selling through channel partners / MSPs
- Background in managed IT services, UCaaS, connectivity, or cloud
- Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Ideally London-based or within easy reach for occasional meetings
The Package
- Basic salary up to £60,000
- Uncapped OTE (£90K+ potential)
- Hybrid working (mostly remote with London travel)
