Architectural Technician – Job Runner
£35,000 - £40,000

Aztrum are delighted to be partnering with a multi-use architectural practice located in Manchester. My client is looking to appoint an experienced Technician to develop the ongoing success of the practice. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician Assistant role:

• Develop detailed project documentation from the planning stage through to completion. 
• Coordinate day-to-day project information across the design team. 
• Liaise directly with main contractors and sub-contractor teams to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Attend and contribute to design team meetings. 
• Maintain and update working drawing packs, ensuring timely issuance of accurate information.

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician Assistant role:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. 
• Strong communication and coordination skills. 
• Ability to manage workload independently and within a team. 
• Experience in delivering high-quality architectural or design projects.
