Senior Structural Engineer | Up to £60,000 + Benefits
We are working with a well-established structural engineering consultancy seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take the next step in their career, working on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, with strong technical support and clear progression opportunities.
You will play a key role in the delivery of structural design projects from concept through to completion, working closely with senior leadership and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading structural design on residential and commercial projects
Producing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors
Supporting junior engineers and contributing to team development
Assisting in project coordination and delivery
6–10 years’ experience in structural engineering
Chartered (CEng) or working towards Chartership with the Institution of Structural Engineers or Institution of Civil Engineers
Strong experience across residential and commercial developments
Confident in managing projects and communicating with stakeholders
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress
Work alongside an experienced Principal Engineer who will provide guidance and mentorship
Exposure to a varied and interesting project portfolio
Clear pathway for career progression
Support towards achieving Chartership (if not already attained)
1 day per week working from home
