Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the regional IT roadmap, ensuring that technology investments support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and security standards.
- Partner closely with functional leaders—such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations—to deliver solutions that streamline workflows and improve cross‑department productivity.
- Oversee all aspects of office infrastructure, including network architecture, on‑site hardware, conferencing technologies, and system reliability.
- Manage administration of modern workplace platforms, including identity management, collaboration applications, and security configurations.
- Ensure dependable operation of data exchange and integration systems that support communication with external partners.
- Lead the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT equipment, devices, and software assets.
- Provide escalated technical guidance to users, fostering a high‑support, high‑performance IT environment.
- Maintain strong governance over cybersecurity practices, compliance controls, and risk‑mitigation efforts.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to synchronize local implementation with enterprise‑wide standards.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated success supporting or leading IT operations within a regional or multi‑site setting.
- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Hands‑on experience managing network infrastructure, server‑room equipment, conferencing systems, and end‑user hardware.
- Background in managing data‑integration or EDI‑related systems.
- Experience administering cloud‑based business applications for HR, Finance, and go‑to‑market functions.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, compliance frameworks, and risk‑management best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and drive adoption across diverse teams.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environments.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline; 5+ years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure management.
