The Role – Key Account Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to play a vital role in driving client success and long-term growth.

You’ll focus on nurturing strategic partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering tailored IT solutions that make a measurable difference.

This is a consultative role—you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients shape their IT strategies while working collaboratively with a dynamic and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships
• Identifying and developing new opportunities within existing accounts
• Providing expert, consultative advice on IT strategy and solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and results
• Supporting clients’ business growth through innovative technology

About You

You’re client-focused, commercially aware, and thrive on building meaningful relationships. You’ll bring:

• Experience in account management or business development within IT or MSP environments
• A consultative, problem-solving approach to client engagement
• Strong commercial acumen and a people-first attitude
• Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• A passion for driving growth and creating value for your clients
