Job Running Architectural Technologist

£35,000 – £55,000

We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Job Running Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of projects across Healthcare and Education sectors (with additional exposure to Industrial, Commercial and low-end Residential work).

This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with strong technical delivery experience to take ownership of projects within a collaborative, technically focused environment offering hybrid working and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architectural Technologist role:

• Run projects from technical design through to delivery
• Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction information
• Coordinate with consultants and support the resolution of technical issues
• Attend site meetings and liaise with contractors
• Manage workloads and contribute to project programming
• Work across Healthcare and Education projects (with broader sector exposure)

Key Requirements for this Job Running Architectural Technologist role:

• 5+ years’ experience within a UK architectural practice
• Strong technical delivery and job-running experience
• Healthcare or Education sector experience desirable
• Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
• Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice
