Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We’re partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers innovative IT solutions to organisations across the UK.
Specialising in managed IT support, cloud services, cyber security, and IT infrastructure, our client has earned an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional service and long-term customer success. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Account Manager to join their Leicester-based team.
This role comes with an established portfolio of clients, meaning there’s no need to bring your own contacts or accounts. Instead, you'll focus on nurturing existing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customers receive maximum value from the company's solutions and services.
The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to your clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through tailored technology solutions. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, increasing account revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver exceptional service.
