Our Client Hotel Property offers a sophisticated elegance with impeccable hospitality set in wonderful un-spoilt Laois countryside. It comprises a luxury world-class Hotel and European Award-Winning Spa. The Heritage also offers guests a number of on-site activities such as our Health Club with Leisure Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam rooms, 5km Walking Track, and Cinema

Due to internal growth, they are currently looking to hire a full-time Wedding Coordinator to join their existing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Weddings Manager and deal with all wedding enquiries & ensure they are followed through to completion.
  • To act as the main point of contact for all wedding queries.
  • To ensure that all business leads & opportunities are followed up in a timely manner including enquiries & provisional bookings.
  • To give the correct information to wedding couples when they are enquiring about their wedding.
  • To conduct wedding show around with couples
  • To deal with all Wedding Clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • To Assist the Sales team where required
  • Attend promotions, events and exhibitions as directed and follow up as required.
  • Coordination of in-house wedding showcase events.


The Candidate:

  • Key strength is to possess a strong customer-facing sales support ethos in a sales & marketing environment
  • Ideally will have hotel experience
  • High level of sales/marketing admin skill set
  • Ability to perform in a busy environment, be a team player and be confident to work on own initiative
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexible working style
  • Strong MS Office
  • Excellent presentation, efficient, organised and target driven
