My client’s specialise in a wide range of exciting projects across the Commercial, Education, Industrial and Healthcare sectors—offering a rewarding opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact.

For this specific role, my client is looking for someone with expertise within the Healthcare sector. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and models using Revit and other CAD/BIM software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop efficient and buildable design solutions.
• Carry out site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with current building regulations and design intent.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
• Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and technical drawing skills.
