Bristol (Hybrid – remote with regular client meetings in the city)
£40,000 basic + uncapped OTE

Aztrum Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with a market-leading provider of workplace transformation solutions. We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding UK team.

Our client is a specialist vendor delivering Microsoft Teams–integrated solutions that help global enterprises streamline communication, boost productivity, and empower hybrid workforces. Their portfolio includes UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions at the forefront of digital workplace technology.

The Role: Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Drive new business while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
  • Sell unified communications and connectivity solutions to medium and large enterprise clients.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Attend regular face-to-face meetings in Bristol for client visits and reviews.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven success selling UCaaS, connectivity, or contact centre solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar).
  • A track record of achieving targets and developing enterprise-level accounts.
  • The ability to work independently while building long-term client partnerships.
  • Flexibility to travel into Bristol for client-facing meetings.

The Package

  • Basic salary up to £40,000
  • Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000+
  • Hybrid working – remote with regular client visits
