Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing & Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the firm’s brand positioning, client engagement, and overall growth strategy. This is a senior leadership role, designed for someone with a deep understanding of the legal industry, who can craft and execute comprehensive marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the firm's overall marketing and business development strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with practice group leaders to create targeted business development plans for each practice area.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, content creation, and brand positioning across various platforms.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the firm’s marketing budget and reporting metrics on the success of BD efforts.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the marketing and BD teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and business development within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Proven success in driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, client relationship management, and brand development.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills.
