AMB Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a long‑established specialist roofing contractor who are looking to bring a Flat Roofing Contracts Manager into their team. They’ve got a strong pipeline, a solid reputation in the industry, and a genuinely down‑to‑earth culture, the kind of environment where you’re supported to do your job well without getting micromanaged.

The role

You’ll be overseeing flat roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time and to the standard their clients expect. Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple live roofing projects
• Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
• Planning labour, materials and programme
• Regular client and site meetings
• Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed
• Managing budgets, variations and project paperwork

What they’re looking for

• Experience in flat roofing (felt, liquid, single‑ply etc.)
• Strong site and client management skills
• Someone who’s organised, reliable and comfortable running multiple projects
• A Contracts/Site/Project Manager background within roofing 
• Full UK driving licence
