Principal / Associate – Chartered Civil Engineer

£55,000 - £65,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a leadership position within a medium size firm, manage project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

The Role:
• Lead and oversee infrastructure projects from concept through to completion
• Provide technical expertise across drainage, highways, and flood risk schemes
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support engineers working towards professional chartership
• Contribute to business development and support new opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:
• Chartered Engineer (ICE or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in civil infrastructure design within a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of adoptable roads, sewer design, SuDS, and Flood Risk Assessments
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, or similar design software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
