The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Account Manager with a background in Telecommunications or Unified Communications to join a dynamic and fast-growing UK sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Drive new business growth while managing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Sell unified communications, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Build long-term, consultative partnerships with customers and channel partners.
• Attend client meetings in London for relationship development and account reviews.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven experience selling UCaaS, connectivity, or contact centre solutions.
• Consistently exceed sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
• Excel at developing trusted, consultative relationships with enterprise clients.
• Are self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the flexibility to travel occasionally to London.
