Architectural Technologist/Technician – Contract until March 2026

£20 - £30 P/H 

Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with an exciting architectural practice located in Wigan. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architectural Technologist/Technician on a contract basis until March 2026.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist/Technician role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications 
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies 
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues 
• Support planning applications and building control submissions

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist/Technician role:

• Strong Proficiency in Revit  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within architectural practice 
• Experience in the Healthcare and Public sector 
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes 
• Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation 
• Proven track record on working towards RIBA stages 0-4
