Our client is a fast-growing technology company entering an exciting stage of expansion. They develop innovative software solutions and are looking for a commercially driven B2B Sales Executive to accelerate their growth in the Spanish market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing complex deals, and working in a dynamic environment where they can make a visible impact on the business.
Key Languages:
- Bilingual proficiency or equivalent in Spanish
- Full professional level of English
- Bilingual proficiency or equivalent in Catalan (a plus)
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities through outbound activities
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads, ensuring a fast and professional customer experience
- Conduct online meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while keeping CRM information updated in Odoo
- Monitor sales activity and provide accurate pipeline forecasting
- Represent the company at networking events and industry activities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business growth
Core Skills/experience:
- Around 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on SaaS solutions
- Previous experience within the real estate, holiday rental, or hospitality sectors will be highly valued
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed commercial targets
- Full professional level of English and Spanish
- Self-motivated professional with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both online and in person
