A leading warehouse operation in Waterford is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Operatives with Forklift Experience to join their team. This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods efficiently and accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required (valid licenses preferred).
• Maintain an organised and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid forklift license (e.g., counterbalance, reach, or PPT) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
