Our client is a well known Hartlepool based, family business looking to expand their finance team due to continued growth.

The job role

You will be responsible for General administration duties to support the wider business. You will be responsible for managing the companies invoicing processes and keeping accurate filing for the purpose of accounts 


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrate effective listing skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate at all levels via phone, email, letter 
  • Excellent time keeper
  • Organised and strategic
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH SAGE ACCOUNT SOFTWARE is essential to this role. Please only apply if you can use this software comfortably.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 9am until 3pm initially- 12 weeks temporary work leading to permanent for the right person.


£12.50 per hour
