The Role

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—sparking conversations, uncovering opportunities, and laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships. Working alongside our sales and account management teams, you’ll generate qualified leads, nurture relationships, and drive a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Develop a strong understanding of our solutions to confidently discuss them with prospects
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth prospect handovers

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
