Account Executive - Salesforce CRM Solutions

 

Role

·       We are currently looking for a driven Account Executive to align with our Sales Team

·       You will have knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience

·       You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close

·       Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers

·       You will initiate, negotiate and close new contracts with customers

·       You will communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries

·       Provide recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns

·       You will serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas

 

Your Qualifications

·       3+ years experience in driving large deals (£50k-500k ACV) and preferably from a SaaS background

·       Strong preference for Service Cloud sales experience

·       Proven commercial success in working with executives, VP and ‘C’ level

·       Hunting profile to open net new Accounts

·       A proven sales hunter and closer (who is Fluent in English and another language is a plus)

·       Able to own a sales process from the beginning to the end, autonomy is required

·       Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building demand and your business from the ground up

·       Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach
