Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily team operations and ensure team targets are met
- Participate in customer service activities, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
- Train, develop, and support team members, managing performance and individual action plans
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight, accountability, and follow-up
- Collaborate with other departments and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed
- Lead by example, promoting commitment, best practices, and adherence to company policies
Core Skills/experience:
- + 2 years of experience as a team leader or in a related role within the shipping sector
- Naval, nautical, or maritime-related studies are highly valued
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM systems
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
