Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in York, who are looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect with residential project experience to take the next step in responsibility, working on high-quality residential projects. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
• Contribute creatively across all RIBA Work Stages, from concept through to completion
• Produce high-quality design and technical information with strong attention to detail
• Work closely with project leads and clients to help deliver successful project outcomes
• Participate in collaborative design discussions and studio environment
 • Work effectively independently and as part of a team

Key Requirements for this Architect role:

• ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years’ experience
• Proven residential project experience
• Strong creative design ability with a good eye for detail
• ArchiCAD or Revit experience
 • Good graphic, technical, and project management skills
