The Role: Sales Support Executive

As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales function. Working closely with Account Managers, technical teams, and partners, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to help deliver exceptional service and results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the sales and account management teams with day-to-day operations.
• Preparing quotations, proposals, and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinating between internal departments, partners, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintaining up-to-date CRM records and managing client communications.
• Assisting with the preparation of client meetings, presentations, and sales reports.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both organisation and enthusiasm to the role. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations, preferably within Telecoms, IT, or Unified Communications.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
