The Role - Sales Support Executive

In this role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the sales team—providing essential coordination and administrative support to ensure a smooth journey from proposal through to delivery. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, technical teams, and key partners to ensure every client interaction is efficient, professional, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities - Sales Support Executive

• Provide daily support to Account Managers and the wider sales function
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and process customer orders
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and clients to support seamless project delivery
• Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date and accurate customer information
• Support client meetings, presentations, and sales reporting activities

About You - Sales Support Executive

You’re dependable, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership, enjoy supporting others, and have a natural ability to keep processes running smoothly.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations—preferably within Telecoms, IT, or Unified Communications
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset, whether working independently or as part of a team
